WARWICK -- Six property transfers were recorded in Warwick between Sept. 18 and Oct. 17, according to Franklin County Registry of Deeds records, but sale prices had posted for only two of them by the time this report was compiled.

851 Wendell Rd changed hands Oct. 7; price not yet available. The sellers were Federal National Mortgage Association, by attorney, and Rocket Mortgage LLC, as attorney; the buyers were Joseph F. Campbell II and Tammy Campbell.

95 Shepardson Rd changed hands Sept. 22; price not yet available. The seller was TD Bank NA; the buyers were Melanie L. Schillemat and Brandon M. Schillemat.
