Of those, three were nominal-consideration transfers, recorded for token amounts and not market sales, and seven listed no price, which the registry typically adds within about a week of recording. Only one transfer, at 611 Orange Road, carries a recorded sale price: $235,000. With just one price available, the resulting range and median both stand at $235,000, a figure that reflects a single transaction rather than a broader trend. The raw count of 11 transfers falls within the range of typical monthly deed activity for a small town, but the data is too sparse on pricing to characterize October as active or quiet.
