Ashfield Home Sale Prices Range From $75,000 To $222,500 In September

ASHFIELD -- Nine property transfers were recorded at the Franklin County Registry of Deeds for Ashfield between Sept. 25 and Oct. 24, but sale prices have reached the registry for only two of them so far, limiting what can be said about the month's market conditions.

The remaining seven recorded transfers, at 166 Ludwig Road, an unspecified Ashfield address tied to UMassFive College Federal Credit Union and Talia Miller, 207 John Ford Road, 28 Meadow Lane, 486 Old Stage Road, 1538 West Road and 341 Watson Spruce Corner Road, do not yet have recorded sale prices.
