CHARLEMONT -- Nine property transfers recorded at the Franklin County Registry of Deeds between Sept. 18 and Oct. 17 included a $549,000 sale on East Hawley Road, the highest-priced transaction logged in the period, though pricing information remains outstanding for six of the nine deeds.
