Sunderland September Home Sales Span $100,000 to $203,000 So Far

SUNDERLAND -- Fourteen property transfers were recorded at the Franklin County Registry of Deeds for Sunderland between Sept. 11 and Oct. 10, but only three carried a sale price in the data available so far, ranging from $100,000 to $203,000.
