Sunderland Home Prices Span $150,000 To $203,000 In Latest Sales Data

SUNDERLAND -- Franklin County Registry of Deeds recorded 14 property transfers in Sunderland between Aug. 28 and Sept. 26, but sale prices have posted for only two of them so far, leaving most of the month's market activity still to be quantified.

489 Hadley Rd. sold for $150,000 on Sept. 2. Carolyn S. Lloyd, also recorded as Carolyn Sue Lloyd, was the seller; Florence Bank was the buyer.

No other sales in the period have a recorded price yet, so a fuller ranking of top sales is not yet possible from the available data.

NEIGHBORHOOD BREAKDOWN

Russell Street had two recorded transfers: 156 Russell St. ($203,000) and 265 Russell St. (price not yet available), where TD Bank NA transferred the property to Chester and Jean F. Kolodziej.

Amherst Road also had two transfers, both without a posted price yet: 245 Amherst Rd., from Fannie Mae to Cliffside NBM LLC and Cliffside SB LLC, and 248 Amherst Rd., from Berkeley Point Capital LLC and Fannie Mae to the same buyer pair, Cliffside NBM LLC and Cliffside SB LLC.
