SHUTESBURY -- Thirteen property transfers were recorded in Shutesbury between Sept. 18 and Oct. 17, but the Franklin County Registry of Deeds has posted a sale price for only one of them so far, leaving most of the month's market value undocumented for now.

However, only one of those 13 transactions carries a recorded consideration amount: $100,000 for a Sept. 24 transfer on Pelham Hill Road.
