Umstatter; the buyer was Franklin First Federal Credit Union. 247 Main St sold for $105,650 on Sept. 30. The seller was Kyle Canepari; the buyers were COM LLC and Dart Collateral Manager LLC. Seven additional sales were recorded during the period at 1105 Mohawk Trail, 38 Barwells Ferry Rd, 77 Skinner Rd, 291 Patten Rd, 35 Mechanic St, 120 Frank Williams Rd and 232 Patten Rd, but prices for these are not yet available. Bed, bath and square-footage figures are not included in deed records and are not available for any of the 10 transactions.
