Only Three of 16 Northfield Deeds Carry a Sale Price So Far

NORTHFIELD -- Sixteen property transfers were recorded at the Franklin County Registry of Deeds for Northfield between July 24 and Aug. 22, but only three carried a sale price by the time records closed, leaving most of the period's market activity still unpriced.

No other transfers in the period carried a recorded sale price.

NEIGHBORHOOD BREAKDOWN

Millers Falls Road saw three recorded transfers in the period: 759 Millers Falls Rd. (price not yet available), 459 Millers Falls Rd. ($470,000, the period's top sale) and 230 Millers Falls Rd.
