DEERFIELD -- Ten property transfers were recorded in Deerfield between July 31 and Aug. 5, with disclosed sale prices ranging from $12,000 to $206,000. Six of the 10 deeds did not include a stated purchase price.

Four of the 10 deeds disclosed a sale price, ranging from $12,000 to $206,000, with a median of $107,500 among the priced sales.
