NORTHFIELD -- Thirteen deeds were recorded in Northfield between Aug. 7 and Sept. 5, but only five listed a sale price, ranging from $9,268 to $470,000, according to Franklin County Registry of Deeds records. The gap between the town's priciest recorded transfer and its least expensive was more than $460,000.
