NEIGHBORHOOD BREAKDOWN North County Road accounted for three of the nine sales in the period: 377 North County Road ($52,697, Aug. 28), 211 North County Road (price not disclosed, Aug. 17) and 460 North County Road (price not disclosed, Aug. 20), making it the most active street in the data set.
