600 N Main St. sold for $79,283 on Sept. 8. Sellers were James W. Leonard and James Leonard; buyers were listed as GoodLeap LLC and Dart Collateral Manager LLC.

60 Oaklawn Ave. sold for $12,320 on Sept. 4. Sellers were Kellie Eileen Coleman and Amanda Ashley Quin; the buyer was listed as the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
