CONWAY -- Eight properties changed hands in Conway between Aug. 21 and Sept. 19, with a top recorded sale of $788,000 on Whately Glen Road. Prices for five of the eight transactions have not yet posted to the registry.

66 Jones Corner Road sold for $421,200 on Aug. 26. Donald D. Harrington and Sheila Marie Harrington were the sellers; the buyers of record are Amerisave Mortgage Corp. and Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc.

1774 Shelburne Falls Road sold for $70,000 on Aug. 26. Donald W. Craig Jr. was the seller; Citizens Bank NA was the buyer.

The remaining five transactions recorded during the period, at 511 Boyden Road, 287 Williamsburg Road, an unspecified Conway address, 112 Emerson Hollow Road and 1230 Main Poland Road, do not yet have a recorded sale price.
