CHARLEMONT -- Eleven property deeds were recorded in Charlemont between Aug. 28 and Sept. 26, but sale prices have posted for only three so far, a gap typical of the lag between when a deed is recorded and when consideration amounts appear in the Franklin County Registry of Deeds system.
