CHARLEMONT -- Nine property transfers were recorded at the Franklin County Registry of Deeds for Charlemont between Aug. 21 and Sept. 19, but sale prices have posted for just one of them so far. Buyers, sellers and residents tracking the local market will need to wait for the registry to catch up on pricing for the rest.

One transfer, recorded Sept. 4 for a Charlemont property, moved ownership from Delbert and Melissa Graham to the Graham family trust, with both grantors and the trustee sharing the Graham name. One transfer, the Aug. 26 sale of 463 Maxwell Road, named Massachusetts Electric Co. as buyer, rather than an individual or trust.
