Ashfield September Sales Show Narrow Price Band Between $174,000 And $200,000

ASHFIELD -- Franklin County Registry of Deeds records show 10 property transfers in Ashfield between Sept. 4 and Oct. 3, but only two carried a recorded sale price by the reporting deadline, limiting what can be said about the month's overall market direction.

The other eight recorded transfers, at 70 Buckland Road, an unspecified Ashfield address, 668 Spruce Corner Road, 286 Creamery Road, 1531 Williamsburg Road, 222 Buckland Road, 46 Creamery Road and 60 Bug Hill Road, have price not yet available.

Creamery Road saw three separate deed transfers in the period, at 286 Creamery Road, 229 Creamery Road and 46 Creamery Road, more than any other street in the dataset. Buckland Road had two, at 70 Buckland Road and 222 Buckland Road. The remaining transfers were spread across Spruce Corner Road, Cummington Road, Williamsburg Road and Bug Hill Road, with no other street repeating.
