30 High Street sold Aug. 5, price not disclosed. Sellers were Morgan Kelsey and Katherine Barr; buyer was Morgan Kelsey, as trustee of the Morgan Kelsey Revocable Trust.

NEIGHBORHOOD BREAKDOWN

South Shelburne Road was the only street with more than one recorded transaction this period. Two deeds dated Aug. 6 correspond to the same address, listed in the records as "439 S Shelburne Rd" and "439 South Shelburne Rd": one lists Marion J. Taylor as seller with no buyer named, and the other lists John E. Taylor, as personal representative of the Marion J. Taylor estate, transferring to the Gordon E. Taylor Testamentary Trust.

The remaining six deeds were spread across six other locations, each with a single recorded transaction: Old Village Road, Old Albany Road, Colrain Shelburne Road, High Street and Mechanic Street.
