WHATELY -- Seven properties changed hands in Whately between July 10 and Aug. 8, according to deeds recorded at the Franklin County Registry of Deeds, with disclosed sale prices ranging from $75,000 to $494,700.

The remaining three transactions, at 200 Chestnut Plain Rd, 36 Swamp Rd and 170 Chestnut Plain Rd, did not include a disclosed sale price.
