WENDELL -- Ten deeds were recorded in Wendell between June 26 and July 25, but only two disclosed a sale price, limiting what can be said about the town's market this period.

NEIGHBORHOOD BREAKDOWN Jennison Road saw two transfers during the period: 216 Jennison Rd. ($46,000, July 15) and 281 Jennison Rd. (price not disclosed, June 26), sold by Janice R. Doubleday to Niles Bowen Doubleday and Ayla Jan Skorupa. No other street had more than one recorded transfer.
