Only two of ten Shelburne deeds this period disclose a sale price

The remaining eight recorded transfers in the period -- at 304 Shelburne Center Rd., 38 Dragon Hill Rd. (both the main parcel and the condominium unit), 297 Bardwells Ferry Rd., 137 Main St., 110 Main St., 278 Old Greenfield Rd. and 10 Bridge St. -- did not disclose a sale price in the deed record, so they cannot be ranked against the two sales above.

NEIGHBORHOOD BREAKDOWN Main Street saw the most recorded activity of any street in the period, with three separate transfers: 139 Main St. ($405,000), 137 Main St. (price not disclosed, seller Suntrust Mortgage Inc. and Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc. to Kevin D. Parsons) and 110 Main St. (price not disclosed, seller Peter C. Mead).
