ROWE -- Four property transfers recorded at the Franklin County Registry of Deeds between Sept. 25 and Oct. 24 included a bank-involved sale, a family trust transfer and a credit union disposition, but just one of the four carried a sale price as of this writing.

An address on Davis Mine Rd. (294 Davis Mine Rd.) sold Oct. 16. Sellers Aaron M. Poulin and Justine S. Krumm transferred the property to themselves as trustees, Justine S. Krumm Tr. and Aaron M. Poulin Tr.

A Rowe property without a listed street address sold Oct. 7. The seller was Jacquelyn Lenth, trustee of the Intervivos Trust Agreement of David Wells Lenth, and the buyers were Jason and Rebecca Falender.

No street name repeated across the four sales, so no street-level cluster emerged this period. By price tier, the single priced sale, 50 Pond Rd. at $147,500, falls under the $500,000 mark.
