114 Branch Hill Road sold for $20,000 on July 31. The sellers were Megan Clark Blanchette and Megan T. Clark; the buyers were Kyle D. Clark and Daphne E. Clark. The shared Clark surname among sellers and buyers indicates a within-family transfer.

30 West Brook Drive sold for $8,000 on Aug. 6. The seller was Teresa Lee Rose; the buyers were Erik Lively and Jordan Lively.
