Four disclosed Sunderland sales span $175,000 to $812,000 this period

SUNDERLAND -- Nine property transfers recorded at the Franklin County Registry of Deeds between June 26 and July 25 show a market split between undisclosed-price transactions and a cluster of sales on Silver Lane, where one property was recorded under three separate deeds on the same day.

The same address, recorded as 358 S Silver Lane, changed hands again the same day for $649,600, with Gaefele and Onwuzurumba listed as sellers and Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc. and United Wholesale Mortgage LLC as buyers.

At 243 Amherst Road, Cornerstone Homebuying LLC sold to PAH Properties LLC for $275,000 on June 26.

At 131 Old Amherst Road, Matthew B. Vickery and Jennifer C. Vickery sold to UMassFive College Federal Credit Union for $175,000, also on June 26.
