ORANGE -- Seven property transfers were recorded in Orange during the period spanning June 26 to July 25, with disclosed sale prices ranging from $51,144 to $276,000. Prices were not disclosed on four of the seven deeds, a common occurrence in registry filings that does not necessarily indicate anything about the transactions themselves.

177 South Main St. sold for $51,144 on June 29. The sellers were listed as Jillian Ketola and Neil Ketola, and the buyer as the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.

Four additional transfers were recorded without a disclosed price: 1 Cheney St. (seller listed as L Property Holdings LLC), 142 Mattawa Cir. (seller Lorenzo Dumont Pirri), 41 Russ St. (seller William R. Glenn), and 37 Dexter St. (sellers David L. Gynan and KC Demasi), all recorded June 26 or June 29.
