GREENFIELD -- Fifteen properties changed hands in Greenfield between July 10 and Aug. 8, but sale prices were disclosed in just four of those deeds, limiting a full picture of the month's market. The disclosed sales ranged from $50,000 to $303,410, with a median of $120,000.

MARKET OVERVIEW The Franklin County Registry of Deeds recorded 15 Greenfield property transfers during the four-week period. Of those, four included a disclosed consideration amount, ranging from $50,000 to $303,410, with a median sale price of $120,000. The remaining 11 transactions, including several bank-to-individual and individual-to-bank transfers and two intra-family transfers, did not include a disclosed price. With only four of 15 deeds reporting a price, the raw sales count alone does not support a conclusion about whether the period was active or quiet; a majority of the month's activity cannot be measured in dollar terms.

9 Forest Avenue sold for $50,000 on July 10. The sellers were Jeremy M. Lajoie and Erin B. Morrissey; the buyer was Florence Bank.
