James Edward Charron and Sarah Elizabeth Charron took title to 421 Legate Hill Road as trustees, from the Lea King Trust. Howard M. Krusz, as trustee of the Lawrence A. Krusz Investment Trust, acquired 82 East Hawley Road from Deerfield Valley Farms LLC. Two sellers were financial or lending entities: Newrez LLC and Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc. sold 143 Charlemont Road to Mark C. Fiske and Debra J. Fiske, recorded July 23, and Greenfield Savings Bank sold a property on South River Road to James R. Schaefer, recorded July 15.
