BERNARDSTON -- Fourteen property deeds were recorded in Bernardston between July 3 and Aug. 1, but sale prices were disclosed in only two of them, ranging from $42,500 to $300,000.

Of those, only two listed a consideration amount, producing a price range of $42,500 to $300,000 and a median of $171,250.
