LEYDEN -- Eight property transfers were recorded at the Franklin County Registry of Deeds for Leyden addresses in October, but none carried a sale price by the time the registry data was pulled, leaving this month's market read incomplete.

NEIGHBORHOOD BREAKDOWN East Hill Road accounted for two of the eight recorded transactions this month, at 188 and 356 East Hill Rd. The remaining transfers were spread across separate streets: Glen Road, Eden Trail, Kately Hill Road, Greenfield Road and Rolling Lane each had one recorded transaction. No street beyond East Hill Road showed more than a single transfer.

MARKET NOTES Two of the month's transactions involved lenders or mortgage-related entities as sellers: 188 East Hill Rd was sold by Greenfield Savings Bank, and 72 Eden Trl was transferred by NewRez LLC and Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc. A third, 186 Glen Rd, listed the Massachusetts Comm as seller. The two nominal-consideration transfers both show matching or related surnames: a transfer at an unspecified Leyden address moved from Darlene E. Challacombe (also recorded as Katenkamp) to Darlene E. Challacombe TR and the Darlene E. Challacombe Revocable Trust, and a transfer at 160 Rolling Ln moved from Karen E. Oneil to Kathleen C. Oneil.
