Only one of five Leyden deeds recorded in June discloses a sale price

LEYDEN -- Franklin County Registry of Deeds records show five property transfers in Leyden between June 19 and July 18, but only one deed disclosed a sale price, limiting what can be said about the town's overall market this period.

A separate June 30 deed for 79 S Schoolhouse Road -- the same street as the top sale -- shows Sunnova TE Management LLC as seller and Janell and Daniel Howard as buyers. NEIGHBORHOOD BREAKDOWN South Schoolhouse Road had two deeds recorded the same day: the $587,000 sale from the Howards to Hourihan, and a separate transfer to the Howards from Sunnova TE Management LLC with no price disclosed. South County Road and West Leyden Road each had one recorded transfer. One additional deed, from the Town of Leyden, listed no specific street address.
