ERVING -- Twelve deeds were recorded in Erving between July 10 and Aug. 8, with sale prices ranging from $60,000 to $204,047 among the transactions that disclosed a price. Banks, mortgage companies or a credit union appeared as either buyer or seller in 11 of the 12 recorded transfers.

Two properties tied for the lowest disclosed price at $60,000 each. 35 Moore St. sold July 17, with sellers Ryan S. Betters, as trustee, and the Jillian F. Betters Investment Trust, and buyer Greenfield Savings Bank. 105 Old State Rd. sold July 13, with sellers Norman W. Foster and Teresa M. Foster, and buyer Greenfield Savings Bank.
