Wendell Sale Prices Range From $55,000 To $150,000 In October

WENDELL -- Seven properties changed hands in Wendell during the four weeks ending Oct. 24, but sale prices were recorded for only three of those transactions, leaving most of the month's market activity still unclear in registry data.

MARKET OVERVIEW The Franklin County Registry of Deeds recorded seven property transfers in Wendell between Sept. 25 and Oct. 24. Of those, three carried a recorded sale price, ranging from $55,000 to $150,000, with a median of $58,305. The remaining four transfers show "price not yet available," meaning the consideration amount had not yet reached the registry's data at the time of this report. Seven recorded transfers is a modest volume for a town of Wendell's size, and with more than half of those sales still lacking price data, the period reads as a quiet one by raw transaction count alone.

TOP SALES The highest-priced recorded sale was 3 Wren Gould Rd., which sold for $150,000 on Oct. 15. Anne M. Campbell was the seller and Freedom Credit Union the buyer.
