Greenfield council chairs advance a Precinct 3 nominee and debate scrapping a five-day agenda rule. City planner Anne Dilamuth, of 16 Pine Street, told the Committee Chairs she wants to fill the vacant Precinct 3 seat, calling Greenfield "still affordable, unlike some of the other places in town." Vice President Christopher Garrett said a formal recommendation would go from the chairs to the council president ahead of an expected April council vote. Staffer Kathy pushed to repeal the decade-old "five-day rule" for agenda submissions, saying "no one adheres to it, no one upholds it." Ways and Means will take up 28 capital items and a Chapter 32B health insurance switch a staffer estimated could save the city about one million dollars a year.

The only roll call recorded was a 3-0 vote to adjourn.
